All of our staff are CPR and First Aid certified, with team members trained to respond quickly and calmly in any situation. 

Colorado law requires a staff-to-camper ratio of 1:15. 

We maintain a low staff-to-camper ratio of 1:6, ensuring every child receives close supervision, personalized attention, and meaningful support throughout the day. 

We are partnered with LLS (Longmont Little School), and our enrichment programs are authorized through BOCES (Boards of Cooperative Educational Services), meaning they meet recognized educational standards and are designed to be engaging and developmentally appropriate.

Lori aka "Orca" has been a school teacher since 2009. Prior to that, Lori was an Outdoor Educator and Camp leader and counselor.

Joel aka "Super Shark"  has been creating camps for children for nearly 25 years. He has worked with over 40,000 kids from all corners of the world. He is a leader in the camps industry and a consultant to many local camps here in Colorado.

We select our counselors based on their passion for camp.
